On my journey I have learned that living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be challenging. It is about making small, manageable changes that support your health and slowly giving up those that do not. Simple, right?!
I accept that I may not always make the best choices, I will not dwell on those choices nor will I feel bad about them. I will, however, observe the effects those choices have on my well being and try to find a healthy alternative for the next time.
Simply Healthy Living is about eating delicious and nutritious food, about finding a fun way to keep your body physically fit, enjoying the outdoors to oxygenate our cells, and quality time with yourself, family and friends for mental well being.
