As a Personal Training Specialist certified by canfitpro, I combine professional expertise with a gentle, mindful approach. My teaching style is rooted in the steady flow of Pilates and the functional power of bodyweight strength. I’m not here to push you to your breaking point; I’m here to help you find your "strong."
