Hi I'm Lucia!

I started Simply Healthy Living because I believe that fitness shouldn't feel like another "to-do" on an already busy list. For me, movement is about more than just a workout—it’s a way to find a little bit of quiet in a loud world and to feel truly at home in your own body.


As a Personal Training Specialist certified by canfitpro, I combine professional expertise with a gentle, mindful approach. My teaching style is rooted in the steady flow of Pilates and the functional power of bodyweight strength. I’m not here to push you to your breaking point; I’m here to help you find your "strong." I love guiding my clients through those "lightbulb moments" where a movement clicks, a core connection deepens, and you realize just how much your body is capable of.


Whether we are connecting through a screen or meeting face-to-face on Isla Mujeres, my goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged. I can’t wait to move with you!
