How does it work?
It will begin with a shopping list to arm you with the ingredients necessary to make the meals on the provided weekly meal plans. Then each day, via a private Facebook group, I will demonstrate some simple exercises I want you to try at home. At the end of the 30 days, you will feel better, have more energy and be a little more toned up!
You can post your questions via the private Facebook group that will be answered daily, available only to registrants. You can share as much or as little as you want with the group about your progress. Either way, I will be there to coach you along the way.
