Hola! So you are coming to Isla Mujeres for a vacation but you still want to eat healthy and prefer organic groceries. Well, I am here to help! I have been working with La Caja Organica for the past 10 years. Each week, I order directly with organic farmers to stock my fridge with food for myself and to prepare healthy, organic meals for my guests. I have also been working with Mi Alma Zen, a health food store in Cancun, which provides so many goodies from superfoods, vegan options, body care p[roducts and so much more.

Simply Healthy Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner):
Feel like staying at your vacation rental and enjoying a home cooked meal with your group?
All meals are served family style so you can enjoy as much or a little as you like, and all your leftovers will get wrapped up and put in the fridge for you to enjoy later. These are just meal suggestions, options are endless, so please feel free to send me your special requests, and/or mix and match, let’s have a great meal together!
Please also note, I am really good at creating vegan and vegetarian meals, so if you would like to discuss more options, feel free to write me.
Breakfast Suggestions: $500mxn/pp; minimum 4 people
- Crispy bacon, farm fresh scrambled eggs, rosemary baby potatoes, guacamole, pico de Gallo, spicy salsa verde,
warm corn tortillas and a fresh fruit platter - Sourdough French toast or gluten free pancakes, crispy bacon, pure maple syrup, some fun toppings like shredded coconut, pecans, cacao nibs and a fresh fruit platter
- Breakfast tostadas: served individually-two crispy tortillas topped with 2 fried eggs and your choice of salsa verde or rojo, side of roasted potatoes, guacamole, pico de Gallo, and a fresh fruit platter
Lunch/Pool-side snacks: $500mxn/pp minimum 4 people
All choices include a fresh fruit platter
- Quesadillas with queso Oaxaca, spicy salsa verde, guacamole, pico de Gallo, fresh baked totopos
- Fresh fish ceviche, guacamole, fresh baked totopos
- Shrimp or chicken tacos, guacamole, pico de Gallo and fresh baked totopos
Dinner suggestions: $850mxn/pp
All meals include guacamole and pico de gallo to start with fresh baked totopos
- Gourmet taco bar with chicken in salsa verde, sautéed shrimp with shredded coconut, arroz a la Mexicana, Mexican style corn, chile poblano and bell pepper stir fry, red cabbage and carrot slaw, warm corn tortillas
- Fresh Fish Filet served how you like, choose one of the following: garlic and herbs, poached in citrus juices, GF breading, tomato and vegetable mixture, chile guajillo sauce, fresh cilantro sauce; served with a fresh mixed green salad, basmati rice and sautéed vegetables
- Stuffed Poblano peppers with rice, ground chicken and vegetables or vegan option stuffed with rice and vegetables, topped with cashew cream, on a sweet potato puree and served with a fresh mixed green salad
Healthy Dessert Options: add $150mxn/pp
- Fried plantains in a oaxaqueño chocolate sauce, topped with shredded coconut, pecans and cacao nibs
- Chocolate, avocado pudding: so creamy and delicious
- Chia pudding with spicy pineapple
Private or Group Exercise classes: $1350 up to 4ppl, $250 for each additional person
